The lawsuit was filed just before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act, a law that suspended the usual time limit for accusers to sue, which Parker voted for twice.
Parker, a Democrat, has not yet commented on the allegations, and his office did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
This is not the first time Parker has faced allegations of assault; he was previously arrested and charged with assault in 2005 and convicted of misdemeanor criminal mischief in 2010.
