Ohio Man Pleads Not Guilty to Abduction, Assault Charges

The victim, a 23-year-old woman, was found confined in a garage for four days and suffered serious injuries.

William Mozingo, 33, pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, felonious assault, abduction and unlawful restraint.
The 23-year-old victim was found in a residential garage after being confined for four days.
The victim suffered facial fractures, brain bleed, a broken arm and finger injuries.
The alleged abduction and attacks occurred after Mozingo offered to drive the victim home but instead took her to the garage.
Bodycam video of the arrest shows officers using a ladder to help the victim climb down from a partially hidden hole in the ceiling.
