Paramount Countersues Warner Bros. Discovery Over $52 Million in Unpaid 'South Park' Streaming Fees

Paramount claims Warner Bros. Discovery owes $52 million in unpaid licensing fees to stream over 300 episodes of "South Park" on HBO Max.

Warner Bros. Discovery has withheld two payments of $26 million each for streaming rights they received as agreed under the deal, Paramount claims.
Warner Bros. Discovery paid $500 million for rights to stream 23 seasons of "South Park" and three additional upcoming seasons that hadn't aired yet.
