Overview

• The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) has submitted a detailed report to the ICC alleging systematic torture of Palestinian detainees by Israeli forces since October 7, 2023.
• The report documents methods of torture including beatings, electric shocks, suspension, stress positions, sleep deprivation, and sexual violence, often resulting in severe physical and psychological harm.
