- Pelayo Gastro Trinquet secured first place in the Concurso a la mejor Tapa autóctona de la Comunitat Valenciana with its 'Bunyol de l'Albufera de Valencia,' created by Pablo Margós, Laura Hasma, and Ximo Faubell.
