Overview

• Pelayo Gastro Trinquet secured first place in the Concurso a la mejor Tapa autóctona de la Comunitat Valenciana with its 'Bunyol de l'Albufera de Valencia,' created by Pablo Margós, Laura Hasma, and Ximo Faubell.
• The sixth edition of the competition was held on May 19, 2025, at the CdT de Valencia, featuring six finalists—two from each province of the Comunitat Valenciana.
• Second place went to Malaspina’s 'Ali-Babá' by Álvaro Abad, while Diurno’s 'Taco de gamba roja de Denia' by Rodrigo Molinas earned third place.
