Penn State Professor Caught Engaging in Sex Acts With His Dog

  • Themis Matsoukas has been charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal, cruelty to animals, and disorderly conduct.
  • Matsoukas was caught on camera committing the acts in Rothrock State Forest, where he had reportedly been engaging in this behavior since at least 2014.
  • Penn State has placed Matsoukas on leave in response to the charges.
  • The trail cameras were originally installed to catch thieves stealing hand sanitizer from the park's restrooms.
