Penn State Professor Faces Additional Lewd Conduct Charges

Matsoukas was previously accused of bestiality involving a collie and is now seen in videos performing acts such as masturbating in public areas, inserting objects into his anus, and defecating in the forest.
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources discovered 55 videos recorded by Matsoukas showcasing these activities.
Matsoukas, who has been on leave from Penn State, told authorities the acts were a way to 'blow off steam' and begged police to shoot him during a search of his home.
A preliminary hearing for the new charges is scheduled for February 21, with Matsoukas released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
