PhD Student on Trial for Alleged Rape and Drugging of 10 Women

Zhenhao Zou, a 27-year-old PhD student, is accused of drugging and raping 10 women, with incidents reportedly occurring in London and China.
Prosecutors presented video footage allegedly showing nine of the assaults, along with graphic photographs found in Zou’s possession.
One alleged victim testified that Zou forcibly prevented her from leaving his flat, pushed her to drink vodka, and raped her while she was unconscious.
Zou faces 11 counts of rape, as well as charges of voyeurism, false imprisonment, possession of extreme pornographic images, and drug-related offenses.
The defense argues that the sexual interactions were consensual and that drugs and alcohol were consumed voluntarily.
