Philadelphia Apartment Fire Displaces Dozens

A fast-moving blaze at the 7400 Roosevelt Apartments left about 50 residents without homes and injured three people.

The fire broke out shortly before 9:30 p.m. Thursday and took nearly three hours to control.
About 140 firefighters were involved in battling the 4-alarm blaze.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The American Red Cross and city’s Office of Emergency Management are assisting displaced residents.
The four-story building housed nearly 200 units in Philadelphia's Northeast section.
