Philadelphia man arrested and charged after viral confrontation with mother during street takeover

Cody Heron, 26, was arrested and faces 19 charges for assaulting a mother during a street takeover in Philadelphia.
Heron was seen in a viral video stomping on the back windshield of the victim's car while her two children were inside.
The video shows Heron dropping a handgun, retrieving it, threatening the victim with it, and headbutting her.
The incident occurred near Philadelphia City Hall and was recorded by a tourist on a sightseeing bus.
Police confiscated clothing, a firearm, and the motorcycle Heron was riding during his arrest.
