Philadelphia Motorcyclist Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Assault

The guilty plea follows a viral incident where the motorcyclist attacked a woman's car with her children inside.

Cody Heron, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime after a viral incident involving a Philadelphia motorcyclist.
The incident occurred on Oct. 1, when Heron attacked Nikki Bullock's car, breaking the windshield and pointing a gun at her while her children were inside.
Heron's aggressive actions followed a heated exchange at a stop light near City Hall after he sideswiped Bullock's car.
Bullock was delivering for Uber Eats at the time, and her children, aged two and five, were not injured despite the shattered glass.
Heron is due back in court on June 5 for his sentencing, following his arrest facilitated by a tip from his employer.
