Philadelphia Police Release Surveillance Footage of Fairhill Shooting

Philadelphia police released surveillance footage of a Fairhill corner store shooting that resulted in the death of 28-year-old Alexander Spencer and left a police officer wounded.
The footage shows a struggle between Spencer and two officers, followed by a gunshot that injures one officer and a return shot from the other officer that kills Spencer.
A man identified as Jose Quiñones-Mendez is seen in the video re-entering the store and allegedly taking Spencer's gun from the scene.
The officer who fired the fatal shot at Spencer was identified as Raheem Hall, a six-year veteran of the department.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said his office would be able to release more findings from his investigation within 90 days.
