Phoenix to Host $7 Billion 'City Within a City' Development

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is a key partner, with plans to invest up to $120 billion in the area.
The project is expected to generate 10,000 permanent jobs at the TSMC plants and an additional 80,000 jobs in the surrounding development.
