Pokémon GO Compensates Players With 11 Free Legendary Pokémon After Timed Research Bug

Niantic addresses a glitch in the Road to Unova event by granting all players globally a completed set of Timed Research rewards.

A bug in the Road to Unova Timed Research tasks prevented raid progress from being tracked, frustrating players.
Niantic resolved the issue and compensated players by providing a free, automatically completed duplicate of the Timed Research.
The compensation includes encounters with 11 Legendary Pokémon, such as Terrakion, Cobalion, and all five Genesect variants.
Players can claim these rewards by logging into Pokémon GO before March 2, 2025, at 6 PM local time.
Additional rewards include Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem Candy, with all Legendary encounters eligible to appear as Shiny Pokémon.
