- The outage began around 7 a.m. and power was fully restored by 8:44 a.m.
- Initial reports of up to 20,000 customers affected were erroneous.
- A separate outage affected up to 2,034 customers, mostly along 10th and 11th avenues in the Inner Sunset and in Golden Gate Heights.
- The cause of the outages is still being investigated by PG&E.
