Pregnant Woman Loses Baby After Brutal Attack by Teens in Chicago

Couple on date night viciously assaulted in Streeterville neighborhood; two teens charged with misdemeanor battery

The couple was attacked by a group of teens who claimed ownership of the street.
The pregnant woman was pepper-sprayed, kicked in the stomach, and had her hair torn out.
Her husband was also beaten and restrained by the attackers.
Police have arrested and charged a 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl.
The couple declined further medical treatment after initial on-scene care.
