Premier League Schedules First Christmas Eve Match Since 1995 Amid Criticism from Chelsea Supporters' Trust

The Premier League has scheduled the first Christmas Eve match since 1995, where Chelsea will face Wolves at Molineux Stadium.
The Chelsea Supporters' Trust (CST) has criticized this decision, describing it as 'totally unacceptable' due to challenges related to travel, staffing at Molineux, and disruptions to holiday transport schedules.
CST has requested a meeting with the Premier League and has also asked that the league formally consults supporters about scheduling issues in the future.
The decision to move the game to Christmas Eve is seen as a lack of consideration for the fans by both the Chelsea and Wolves supporters' trusts.
Other fixture changes confirmed on the Premier League’s website also include Nottingham Forest facing a 12.30pm kick-off at Newcastle on Boxing Day, while six matches will be played on December 23.
