Rays Call Up Top Prospect Junior Caminero Amid Playoff Push

Caminero was batting .324 with 31 home runs and 94 RBIs in Double-A this season.
The 20-year-old infielder is considered the No. 5 overall prospect in baseball.
Tampa Bay is currently 1.5 games behind Baltimore in the AL East standings.
The move comes as the Rays deal with injuries and the absence of All-Star shortstop Wander Franco.
Caminero will likely play third base but can also fill in at shortstop for the playoff-bound Rays.
