Reality star Shannon Beador, known from 'Real Housewives of Orange County', accepted full responsibility for her DUI after pleading no contest, expressing deep remorse for her actions.
After her arrest, Beador has taken conscious steps to address her behavior; she completed a 28-day behavior wellness program focusing on alcohol abuse.
Beador's recent appearance at BravoCon 2023 marked her first public appearance since the incident where she discussed her regret and actions following the event, sharing her journey in confronting her unhealthy and toxic lifestyle elements.
Although initially charged with a DUI and hit-and-run, a judge later dropped the hit-and-run charge. However, she was sentenced to 3 years of probation and 40 hours of community service, and required to complete a nine-month alcohol program.
Following her arrest, Beador also self-entered a mental health treatment program, reflecting her determination in correcting her actions and focusing on personal well-being.
