More than 1,313 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach, including over 469 charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement.
The FBI and local law enforcement continue to investigate the events of Jan. 6, 2021, with ongoing arrests and prosecutions.
