Reiner Calmund Hospitalized During 'Grill den Henssler' Filming, Diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation

The 76-year-old TV juror is recovering at home after a health scare during filming, with Bruce Darnell stepping in for the remaining episodes.

Reiner Calmund experienced dizziness during the December 4 filming of 'Grill den Henssler' and was taken to St. Vinzenz-Hospital in Cologne for evaluation.
Doctors diagnosed the former sports manager with atrial fibrillation, a type of heart rhythm disorder, following extensive tests.
Calmund has since been discharged, is recuperating at home, and expressed gratitude for the medical care he received.
The remaining three episodes of the season will proceed with guest jurors, starting with Bruce Darnell joining the panel for the December 6 recording.
Calmund plans to take a month-long vacation in January for additional rest and recovery.
