Robbie Fowler appointed new manager of Al Qadisiyah FC in Saudi Arabia

Robbie Fowler, the former Liverpool striker, has been named as the new head coach of Al Qadisiyah FC, a club in Saudi Arabia’s second division.
Fowler played his club football at Liverpool, Leeds United and Manchester City and won multiple honours during his career.
Al Qadisiyah FC are based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia and play in the Saudi First Division, the second tier of football in the country.
Fowler will be joined in Saudi Arabia by his assistant Tony Grant, who worked under Duncan Ferguson at Forest Green Rovers.
Fowler has previous managerial experience at Muangthong United in Thailand and Brisbane Roar in Australia.
