Roy Hodgson to miss Aston Villa match after falling ill

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson will miss Saturday's match against Aston Villa due to illness.
Assistant coach Paddy McCarthy will take charge of the team along with Ray Lewington.
The 73-year-old Hodgson came out of retirement to manage Palace in 2017 and led them to Premier League safety.
He signed a one-year extension this summer to remain as manager.
Palace currently sits 7th in the Premier League table.
