Overview

• Dead & Company will perform three shows at Golden Gate Park’s Polo Fields to commemorate the Grateful Dead’s 60th anniversary.
• The concerts, scheduled for August 1–3, 2025, are expected to draw up to 60,000 attendees daily and generate significant economic activity.
• The San Francisco Recreation and Park Commission will vote on the permit for the event on May 15, 2025.
• This will be Dead & Company’s first local performance since the death of founding bassist Phil Lesh in October 2024.
• The event is being organized by Another Planet Entertainment and Live Nation, in partnership with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.
