The Sandy Hook families and Jones' creditors accuse him of not adhering to a reasonable budget or engaging with the committee on ways to limit spending.
The families suggest that Jones should either pay at least $85 million over 10 years or liquidate his assets to settle the damages.
Jones has yet to pay a single penny of the damages and continues to live a lavish lifestyle, costing up to $90,000 a month.
