Overview

• Two scuba divers were unintentionally left behind during a tour operated by Perth Diving Academy near Rottnest Island on March 2.
• The divers were stranded two to three nautical miles off the coast of Hillarys for several hours before being rescued by a Rottnest Fast Ferries crew.
• A crew member aboard the ferry spotted the divers signaling from the water, and they were safely brought back to shore.
