Seahawks sign veteran tackle Jason Peters after injuries to starting linemen

The Seattle Seahawks signed 41-year-old Jason Peters to their practice squad after starting tackles Charles Cross and Abe Lucas suffered injuries.
Peters is an 18-year NFL veteran who has made nine Pro Bowls and won a Super Bowl with the Eagles in 2017.
Cross has a toe injury while Lucas is being evaluated for an old knee issue that flared up.
Peters has played for multiple teams, most recently the Bears and Cowboys in 2021.
At 41 years old, Peters brings a wealth of experience to aid the Seahawks' banged up offensive line.
