Senior Google Software Engineer Dies After Jumping From Manhattan Headquarters Building

A 31-year-old senior software engineer at Google's Manhattan headquarters jumped from the 14th floor of the building and died of his injuries.
The man fell onto 15th Street and was found unconscious before being rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Handprints were found on a ledge of the 14th floor, indicating the man had pulled himself up before jumping.
This is the second apparent suicide by a Google employee at the company's New York City headquarters in recent months.
