Shohei Ohtani Becomes First MLB Player in Fortnite's Icon Series

The Los Angeles Dodgers star's skins, quests, and tournament debut in the game starting March 17, 2025.

Shohei Ohtani will join Fortnite's Icon Series on March 17, 2025, with skins available in the Item Shop starting at 8 p.m. ET.
Two main skins will be featured: a Dodgers uniform with home, away, and LEGO styles, and a reactive Samurai Shohei outfit with fiery effects during gameplay.
Additional cosmetics include back bling inspired by Ohtani's dog Decoy, themed pickaxes, and two baseball-related emotes.
Players can unlock the Samurai Shohei outfit early by competing in the Shohei Ohtani Cup, a solo tournament on March 15, where top scorers in each region will win the skin.
Ohtani-themed quests will be available starting March 18, celebrating his baseball achievements and offering gameplay challenges for extra XP.
