The hat featured a carved muscular goat with gold medals hanging off one hoof, symbolizing Biles' status as the 'Greatest of All Time' (GOAT) in gymnastics.
Kahlow also presented a similar carving for Biles' husband, Jonathan Owens, who is a safety for the Packers.
Biles and Owens celebrated a Packers victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, with Owens recording five tackles in the win.
Biles, who married Owens earlier this year, has been a regular presence at Packers games and has expressed her enjoyment in supporting her husband's career.
