SiriusXM Shutting Down Popular Podcast App Stitcher

Stitcher, a popular podcast-listening app, will be shutting down on August 29, 2023.
SiriusXM, the owner of Stitcher, plans to incorporate podcasts into its flagship subscription business.
Stitcher Studios and Earwolf networks will continue to operate and produce original podcast shows.
Ad-supported versions of shows that were on Stitcher will still be available on other platforms.
Stitcher Premium, which provided ad-free access to thousands of podcasts, will be discontinued and refunds will be issued to subscribers.
