Freshman Fred Richard of Michigan won the all-around title and two other individual championships.
Asher Hong and Taylor Burkhart finished first and second in the vault to help Stanford win the team title.
Stanford finished with 422.458 points to beat second-place Michigan by 2.569 points.
Illinois finished third in the team competition.
