Starbucks Launches New Spring Menu Featuring Iced Cherry Chai and Jalapeño Chicken Pocket

The seasonal menu debuts March 4 with new drinks, food items, and drinkware, alongside returning lavender favorites.

  • The Iced Cherry Chai, Starbucks' first springtime chai drink, combines black tea with warming spices, milk, cherry cream cold foam, and cherry crunch topping.
  • Returning lavender drinks include the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte, and Lavender Crème Frappuccino, with customization options for cherry or lavender cold foam.
  • The Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, a new permanent menu item, features diced chicken, poblanos, jalapeños, and cheeses in a toasted chile lavash flatbread, served with optional Truff hot sauce packets.
  • Starbucks introduces the Sunsera Blend Blonde Roast, a light roast with citrus and almond notes, available for brewing at home or as the Coffee of the Day in stores.
  • The spring menu also includes new drinkware inspired by nature, with designs from artist Misha Tyutyunik, and exclusive Starbucks Reserve items available in select cities.
