Steam Beta Update Introduces Game Privacy and Shopping Cart Enhancements

Users can now mark individual games as private and enjoy a unified shopping cart across all devices.

Steam has introduced a new feature that allows users to mark individual games as private, hiding them from view of other users.
This privacy feature is currently available for beta testers and can be applied at the point of purchase or later from the user's game library.
Alongside this, Steam has updated its shopping cart to allow users to purchase gifts for multiple friends in one transaction.
The shopping cart will now also be synced across all devices where the user is signed in to Steam.
Despite being in beta, these updates are expected to be rolled out to the full client soon.
