Student Fatally Shot Outside Pittsburgh School; Suspect Arrested

A student was shot and killed by another student outside Oliver Citywide Academy in Pittsburgh.
The suspect was arrested after a foot chase and a gun was recovered at the scene.
The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital and classes were canceled for the day.
This was the second shooting at the school in just over a year.
The students involved were minors and their names have not been released.
