Suspect Charged in Double Homicide of Woman and Toddler in Charleville-Mézières

A 20-year-old man has been charged with the murders of his ex-partner and her 15-month-old child after their bodies were found in a trash container in late February.

• Authorities report the suspect continued using his ex-partner's bank card and collecting her social welfare benefits after her death.
