Swedish Man Shoots Dinner Companion Over Last Caper

Three men were dining together in Järlåsa, Sweden, when a dispute arose over the last remaining caper on the table.
The older man, aged between 50 and 60, threatened to shoot anyone who ate the caper, according to police reports.
One of the younger men, aged between 20 and 30, ignored the threat, ate the caper, and was subsequently shot in the foot with a hunting rifle.
The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and the shooter was arrested without resistance at the scene.
Authorities confiscated the shooter's firearms and ammunition, and he now faces charges of aggravated assault and weapons violations.
