Tanker Truck Crash and Fire Collapse Section of I-95, Killing Driver

Tanker truck hauling gasoline lost control on a curved off-ramp on Interstate 95, causing it to flip and catch fire.
Collapse of northbound lanes occurred after the truck caught fire underneath an elevated section of the highway.
Truck was carrying 8,500 gallons of gasoline from Delaware to a gas station in Philadelphia.
Driver was unable to keep control of the vehicle on the off-ramp, leading to the rollover and fire.
Temporary six-lane roadway was constructed in less than two weeks to restore traffic flow, using lightweight glass nuggets to fill the underpass and create three lanes in each direction.
