Targeted Shooting Leaves Man Dead in Markham Driveway

Police are searching for suspects and a white SUV after 44-year-old Partheepan Panchalingam was killed outside his home.

York Regional Police responded to a weapons call around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday in Markham, Ontario.
Partheepan Panchalingam, 44, was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities believe the shooting was a targeted attack and are investigating the incident.
At least one suspect, dressed in dark clothing, and a white SUV were seen in the area at the time of the shooting.
