Teacher Rebecca Joynes Found Guilty of Sexual Activity with Two Students

Joynes, 30, convicted on six counts after being accused of grooming and exploiting teenage boys at a Manchester high school.

Rebecca Joynes was found guilty of four counts of sexual activity with a child and two counts of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.
Joynes had sexual relationships with two students, aged 15 and 16, while teaching at a Manchester high school.
She became pregnant by one of the students while on bail for charges involving the other student.
Joynes denied some of the charges but admitted to relationships after being dismissed from her job.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 4, where she faces up to ten years in prison.
