Teenage Girls Arrested in London for Violent Robbery of Orthodox Jewish Woman

Two teenage girls, aged 13 and 14, have been arrested in London on suspicion of violently robbing an Orthodox Jewish woman, who was left bruised and shaken but did not require hospital treatment.
The incident, which was captured on CCTV, showed the girls hitting, wrestling the woman to the ground, and kicking her. The attackers were reportedly wearing their school uniforms during the assault.
The Metropolitan Police are treating the attack as a potential hate crime, given the victim's Orthodox Jewish appearance and the recent rise in anti-Semitic hate crimes in London following terror attacks in Israel.
Detective Sergeant Asli Benson, who is leading the investigation, has expressed significant concern that the victim was targeted because of her Jewish identity.
The police have thanked the public for their support in the investigation and continue to appeal for more information.
