Teenager Charged with Murder for Killing Family in Texas Home

Four family members were found dead in a home near Texarkana, Texas.
Eighteen-year-old Cesar Olalde has been charged with capital murder for allegedly shooting and killing his parents, sister and brother.
Olalde surrendered to police after a standoff and confessed to killing his family, claiming they were cannibals who were going to eat him.
The victims were found in a bathroom with multiple gunshot wounds.
Olalde is being held on $10 million bond.
