Teenager convicted of killing father with drain cleaner over canceled hair salon appointment

The teen's father suffered severe chemical burns and died five months later from related complications.
The teenager claimed she threw a bag of bread and possibly water at her father, though witnesses testified she threw drain cleaner.
A jury found the teenager guilty of unlawful possession or use of harmful devices and misdemeanor domestic violence.
The teenager faces up to life in prison at her sentencing in July.
