Tesla Recalls 46,096 Cybertrucks Over Detaching Panel Hazard

The recall, affecting nearly all Cybertrucks produced, addresses a defect in the cant rail panel caused by adhesive failure.

The recall includes all 2024 and 2025 Cybertrucks manufactured between November 13, 2023, and February 27, 2025.
Tesla plans to replace the faulty cant rail assembly with improved adhesive and a clamping mechanism at no cost to owners.
Deliveries have been paused, with the fix expected to be implemented in production starting March 21, 2025.
