Texas Doctor Convicted of Poisoning Patients with IV Bag Tampering

One of the victims, Dr. Melanie Kaspar, died after using a contaminated IV bag to treat dehydration at home.
Ortiz faces up to life in prison, with sentencing expected in two to three months.
