Tons of Liquid Meth Smuggled in Tequila Bottles Seized at Mexican Port

Mexican Navy intercepted 11,520 tequila bottles containing nearly 10 tons of concentrated liquid meth at Manzanillo port.
The discovery included approximately 8,640 kilograms (about 19,000 pounds) of meth.
Mexico is the world's only producer of authentic tequila, and the bottles were falsely labeled as tequila.
Ingesting the mixture would have been extremely dangerous.
