Smith is the son of former Oregon star quarterback Akili Smith.
Smith is ranked number 84 overall and the number 6 quarterback in the 247Sports Composite.
Smith's commitment bolsters Oregon's quarterback talent, as Coach Dan Lanning has already secured top recruits for 2024 and 2025.
This is Lanning's third commitment from Lincoln High School in San Diego.
