Another tornado hit Palm Beach Gardens, Florida overturning cars, damaging buildings, and blocking roads.
Virginia Beach declared a state of emergency but no fatalities were reported in either city.
The National Weather Service confirmed tornadoes in both locations and are determining their severity.
