Swift's fans, known as 'Swifties', raised funds to support Benevides' family, who did not receive support from concert organizers to transport her body back home.
Another fan, Gabriel Mongenot Santana Milhomem Santos, was also reported to have been stabbed to death on a beach in Rio during the concert series.
Swift postponed one of her shows due to the extreme heat, which reached a record-breaking 139 degrees Fahrenheit.
Swift is reportedly staying in Brazil for Thanksgiving due to the rescheduled concert dates and her upcoming shows in São Paulo.
