Tragedy as Newborn Twins Found Dead in Chicago Daycare

Two infant girls were discovered dead inside a trash bag in the bathroom of a Chicago daycare center on Friday.
The newborn twins were found by cleaning staff who followed a trail of blood leading to the bathroom.
The infants' 29-year-old mother, an employee at the daycare, was also found bleeding in the bathroom and transported to the hospital for surgery.
As of Friday morning, no arrests have been made and no charges filed in connection with the grim discovery.
The incident occurred at a daycare facility located on a hospital campus, though no other children were involved or impacted.
